James LeRoy Bowser and Unknown man.

They were stationed in California as far as I know.

I think Roy was in the US Army.  If you look closely you will see the other man's uniform is darker and he has on a different colored shirt.  Would that maybe mean a different branch? maybe US Army Air Force????

This would have been during WW II.  Roy was wounded in action after this was taken.  This was during the time of rationing of tires.
